Property Management Pricing:
Half of first month’s rent for a new lease
7% of gross rent and fees collected or $175 per unit per month, whichever is higher
Multi-Family 5+ Units
Property Management Pricing:
Half of first month’s rent for a new lease
4-10% of gross rent and fees collected or $175 per unit per month, whichever is higher
