About David Friedman

David Friedman, broker of Realicore Real Estate Group and by extension, Redlands Homes, lives in Redlands, graduated from Redlands High School (Go Terriers!), and owns another business located in Redlands, called Viva La Boba, with his long-time partner, Tansu Philip. Investing in and giving back to the Redlands community is an important aspect of how David Friedman does business.

Inspired by his father and mentor, Howard Friedman, David Friedman got his real estate license at the age of 18. His prior experience with real estate was helping his dad fix and flip homes throughout the Inland Empire. From digging trenches for sprinkler lines to sanding and staining front doors, David had a lot of hands-on real estate experience by the time he got his real estate license. He sold 14 homes in his first year while attending CSUSB full-time. A light-bulb moment for him that helping people with their properties was his calling.

Today, David Friedman holds his broker’s license, DRE# 01909018, managing a team of talented real estate agents and property managers. He has combined his passion for marketing, entrepreneurship and real estate into a quickly growing business serving the community that he loves.
